HOW TO DO THE ENROLLMENT AND PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS ​FOR NEW STUDENTS:

If you wish to formalize the ENROLLMENT process you must:

1. PRE-ENROLLMENT: You must fill out our link https://bit.ly/Matricula2022 and make the reservation payment.

2. REGISTRATION PROCESS: Once the space is reserved, you will receive a Welcome kit with all the information: Admission forms, uniform request, calendars, activity schedules, parent manuals, among others. They must complete the entry form, contract, attach documents and send them to administration@mylittlegeniuspty.com with the subject: Enrollment Form - "Student's name"

3. MAKE REMAINING PAYMENT: Make the remaining payment of the ANNUAL FEE on the stipulated dates .

 

REGULAR STUDENTS:

 

For students who are already part of the MLG family, the process is as follows:

1. PRE-ENROLLMENT: You must fill out our link https://bit.ly/Matricula2022 and make the reservation payment

2. REGISTRATION PROCESS: Once the space is reserved, you will receive the 2022 Registration kit. They must complete the 2022 admission form, 2022 contract, update documents (photos and vaccination card) and send them to administration@mylittlegeniuspty.com with the subject: Enrollment Form - "Student's name"

3. REMAINING PAYMENT: Make the remaining payment of the ANNUAL fee on the stipulated dates

WHAT DOES THE ANNUAL FEE INCLUDE?

Includes work materials, paints, papers, among other school supplies. Does not include trips, contributions for special activities, or parties.

CAN I PAY THE ANNUAL FEE ON THE DAY MY CHILD STARTS ACTIVITIES? Payment of the ANNUAL FEE is the only thing that guarantees your place at the school. There is an administrative date to carry out this process and as long as you do it within the established time, your space will be saved.

WHO PAYS THE ANNUAL FEE? All children who carry out activities and enjoy the center's activities. 

 

DURATION OF THE ANNUAL FEE? Once you have paid the ANNUAL FEE, your child is registered for the school period. This guarantees your child's place and work materials for the entire year. By doing so you are simultaneously assuming the commitment to make the payments corresponding to the monthly tuition for the corresponding period. Remember that if your representative does not attend in any month for reasons beyond the control of the center, they must still fulfill their commitment since the center has reserved their space for that month.

 

WHERE SHOULD I PAY THE TUITION FEE AND ANNUAL FEE? All payments must be directed to our bank account, ALWAYS remember to send proof of payment to the administration email, with the child's name and description.

IS SCHOOL  ACCIDENT INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL FEE? Yes, from 2023 it is included. Only for children enrolled in preschool programs.
